My transformation towards open communication

My journey has been a study in movement—from the precision of Biomechanics Engineering to the adrenaline and flow of compeeting in freeride snowboarding. But throughout 16 years leading teams at Decathlon, navigating the uncertainties of entrepreneurship, and serving as a Volunteer Firefighter, I saw a consistent pattern: success breaks down when communication breaks down.

I realized that whether you are analyzing a mechanical structure, managing a high-stakes business project, or responding to an emergency alarm, the "technical" problems are almost always human problems in disguise.

In my work, I blend the discipline of an athlete, the logic of an engineer, and the empathy of a first responder to help you strip away the noise.
